These terms are a starting template summarizing how myghlteam engagements are structured. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and replaced with a binding services agreement before being relied on commercially.
Engagements
Work is delivered as a fixed-scope project, a month-to-month plan, or a custom engagement scoped directly with the client. Scope and price are agreed in writing before build work starts.
Billing
Monthly plans bill on a recurring monthly cycle and can be changed or paused at the start of a billing cycle. Unused time does not roll over. Cancellation requires 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date, subject to final confirmation.
Ownership
The GoHighLevel account, its data, and any approved deliverables remain client-owned throughout and after the engagement.
Revisions and approval
Deliverables receive reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Nothing is launched or made live without client review and approval.
Confidentiality
A non-disclosure agreement is available on request before any confidential account or client details are shared.
